@Spookski You say that but your ponies are more dynamic with their poses than mine and they are very cute!! ^w^
I started off drawing in a Seawhite of Brighton sketchpad and using this MLP:FIM guide, on how to draw ponies(Amazon), as well as using reference images to emulate the G4 art style as close as possible.
I have 10 full sketch pads and 2 that are almost full, it takes time, dedication + love of the style to get there, you are well on your way from what I can see.
@mutgirl I draw two circles side by side and a third just above the other two, adjusting the third to make sure the head placement is correct for the intended pose.
I then draw a line to connect the first two circles along the top and rub out the bottom line only.
This leaves you with the beginnings of a body, then you draw in the legs.
Then draw the ear on the back of the third circle, then rub out where the muzzle will be.
Then rub out underneath the ear until you are left with a line ctd.

@mutgirl Which will become the lower jaw, connect the lower jaw and the back of the head to each other and then draw the muzzle.
After that you just use an MLP:FIM reference image and the correct colours, unless it's an O.C.
