The Glowing Pokemon: #1 by CyRy1029
This is a drawing of a Jigglypuff and a Snorlax from Pokemon. I decided to try out this glowing effect I see a lot of people use in their drawings, and it was a lot of fun! Also, I did not use a reference in this drawing, surprisingly. I drew Snorlax and Jigglypuff from memeory, and it turned out very well.
