To get the bear headband, you need to beat the secret kettle "After Alterna". To unlock the kettle, you need to beat every level and when you come back it should be in area 1.

lol, i don't blame you
i did it and it took me about 17 min to do the whole thing (the level after alterna has like 4 or 5 stages you have to do, and they are pretty hard)

The bear headband is just a sign that you're not okay.
I say as I wear the headband with every stage finished with every available weapon
It's also queen s**t but that's secondary.
