Diona from Genshin Impact.
I started playing Genshin Impact back in May of this year and out of the 35 characters I've collected so far Diona is definitely one of my favorites.
This took longer than it should have but i think it was worth it. The background is depicting her elemental skill Icy Paws. Diona is super cute! :3
