Backstory: Him and his brother Dagger are thieves for Dusa the Snake, and steal things he needs for money. Dagger always tells his little brother not to expose his identity, Shredder doesn't listen and makes risky moves. They were abandoned at a young age by their parents for their attitude and bad behavior, and Dusa found them, and taught them his ways, and will soon use them to try to defeat Sonic. Trust me, he's actually really nice.
