Sans won the recent one, Bill Cipher supposedly got third or close to being one of the top mains, which I laugh at.

@cipherdragon Dont hug me im scared is a youtube horror series involving puppets. and tumblr sexyman is less of a vote and more of a.... phenomenon. the real "first examples" were probably sans and the onceler, it refers to any character (usually some twink with questionable morals in a suit) that tumblr has found More Attractive Than It Really Should (examples: sans, bill cipher, wheatley, komaeda, etc). the vote on twitter was more of a "hey look at all these sexyman from over the years and vote for the one that did the most damage to tumblr/was the sexiest
