Overcoming depression is no easy task. I wonder sometimes if it's some combination of several thing weighing down and burdoning the mind. Most often it comes from turmoil and drama within the family, or a loss of someone close to you. Other things may include unmet needs such as your need to love and be loved, or your need to feel important, or perhaps your need for variety in your life. A little walk though nature often helps my need for variety.
Whatever your need is, I do hope you may find it, and remedy the malledy.

I likewise prefer happy art. : )
