This is my second idea for an eeveelution. Only male Eevees evolves into Holloween, he evolves when he reaches Lv. thirteen in the evening. Ability: Dark Hole -> Dark attacks have no effect
Btw: He's fearless and lives in the forrest. Subject to change.
