@Lolliepop123 The left button reveals the brush menu, on the bottom row below there is a button showing yo how many layers there are to your drawing.
Press duplicate for the layer containing the cloud you drew. :3 Hope this helped.

You press L for the brush menu, and you will find at the bottom that there is a button to add or duplicate layers.
Select the layer you want to duplicate and there is a button on the right side bar that'll say "Duplicate"
