Anyways the attack helicopter meme was made quite literally to make fun of people and while i don't believe you should've been reported for that, you should know it wasn't 'harmless'.

The "attack helicopter" meme is one that is rather explicitly meant to mock LGBTQ (particularly trans) folks. The rest of your paintings description being a joke about gender reassignment surgery very much seemed to indicate that you are aware of this connotation, although maybe you're young and are just parroting something you heard without understanding that background. Our rules still apply nonetheless.

Making disparaging remarks about others or joking about other's identities breaches the hate speech rules as set out in our Community Guidelines, which you agreed to follow when you signed up for an account here.

Dude I know exactly how you feel. I know it's anoying and super bias, but if I may encourage you to stick around ( I'm not saying be compliant but maybe jump through the hoops a little bit.) I remember when I was band I started to change the game a little bit. Unfortunately sarcasm is not very accepted on this platform.

The colors team actually promoted her art specifically directed to those who are not vegan by giving her The Weekly Challenge win at least once that I am aware of. Her art was there to try to guilt those who ate meat or in her words 'abbused animals' and that void your guidelines as 'abusive'

Despite what you seem to think, the rules are there for everyone's benefit. Moderation is never going to be perfect nor is is going to make everyone happy; some people will think we're doing too much, other people will think we're doing too little. It is a thankless task that will never satisfy all.
I will admit there are things that we get wrong or are too slow to handle and communcation between team members is often poor, but sometimes novel situations happen and there isn't a clear precedent or consensous for how it should be handled. Some things that you brought up are still being discussed internally. Some patience and understanding would be appreciated.

I really don't know why you seem so intent on casting us as biased or hateful towards religion specifically, especially when I have already explained (several times) that it is perfectly fine for you to have religious views, and you will see from a casual scroll through the gallery that there are plenty of religous paintings and users on the gallery that haven't been removed. I nor anyone else on the team cares if you are religous or not, some of us are relgious ourselves, even.

However, the unfortunate fact is that there have been instances where people have used their religion/politics/whatever as an excuse for spreading thinly veiled hatred towards others, and regardless of where that's coming from, that isn't okay.

Know that I don't have a problem with you censoring comments (I know I agreed to that when I created the account) as I said, I just want to make sure that everything is fare. I appreciate that. For what it's worth, if someone feels we messed up somewhere then they're welcome to contact us, as long as they're not just coming in looking for an argument (I do not care nor have the time for that). Oftentimes it'll just be a simple mistake or something we forgot about that can be resolved easily.

Also, respectfully, that last comment does make for a bit of an odd contrdiction over your previous comments that I felt was worth pointing out. If you know otherwise, then making offhand remarks to the effect of "I'll probably be banned for being religious" is dishonest, and is only going to further sow division between gallery staff and the userbase. I get that nobody likes being moderated, but falling back on some persecution narrative when your behaviour was out of line doesn't do anyone any favours in the long run.

@CoolDude2007 I'm not entirely sure what to make of that, and it feels you've perhaps misread me or something? To clarify, I work for Colors Live as a programmer, and I'm also temporarily responsible for moderation. If someone is confused about our rules or is acting out in some way... it's kinda my job to handle that. While that usually happens over email, I do sometimes hop into comment threads too.

We have an internal tool that shows us all of the latest activity happening on the gallery, and sometimes when I'm not busy I browse through that to keep an eye on things. I happened to see your post and other's comments, so figured I'd chime in. Again, just doing my job.

I'm confused why you seem to think I'm picking a fight, I understand I can come off as a bit blunt sometimes so I'm sorry if that's what caused you to think that, but I can assure you that's not the case.

I think there is a misunderstanding in the communication, and probably due to my error of delivery.
I never said I did not break the rules, I said I know the rules, but I did not say I did not break them. I know I broke them but only because I saw the colors team breaking the rules by promoting someone else who was breaking the rules. Therefor I saw a opportunity to share my religion. My religion, as you know, demotes h0m0$3xu@lity. So when I saw mewinabubble being such a activist for what she believed in, I seized the opportunity to be a activist for what I believed in, now that I had some ground to stand on. That is why I said "due to my religion" Because my religion may not be accepted and it is to some "abusive" So I would not say "dishonest" or that it was a contradiction, just that it really does trace back to my religion. Because I took the same approach as Mewinabubble, just what I said was not agreed with. Why? Well because of what I believe.

Please know I'm not trying to quarrel, I'm just trying to make what I am saying very clear, and because I am a poor communicator, it makes it sound like I just want too argue.
