IM HAVING A BREAKDOWN RN!! IM SO OVERSTIMULATED AND CAHT MOVE!! CLOTHES ARE INCADGING ME I CANT BREATH RN!! tiny little sounds are ticking me off to an extreme!! i keep dissociating out of my body and pulling myself back to reality. im so uncomfortable for somereason and i cant do anything to calm myself down! please someone help me

maybe try getting up and walking around a bit??

im crying over that i cant find my earplugs and walking around looking everywhere for them! i feel like such an idiot and stupid i just need to find my earplugs really bad

also if you can't find them do you have any headphones? maybe try listening to music to cancel out the other noises?
