pokedex: years ago wahowl made a journey to come to the region it calls home. in that journey was deadly and the wahowl that lived evolved to have a tail to help it swim

something I forgot to say is wahowl always has a bubble on it tail. its design is based on a gray wolf, wetsuit, and the tail is based on kelpie (not all kelpies have fish tails)
