This is a drawing of three Swinub's sleeping on the top of a mountain. @AlolaSpheal made this drawing for me recently consisting of a Swinub sleeping on a mountains. I asked her if I could remaster the drawing, and she said yes! So, that's what this is, the remastered version of something @AlolaSpheal made for me. I think it turned out pretty well.
