See, thats called dissociation. The feeling of not feeling real or out of body. That sht is ether ralaxing, or stress inducing, but it can also depend.

Now, I experience that all the time. Sometimes it can go on for a few minutes, or up to a few hours... or to even days or months.

Now, the difference between that and my worry? I don't automatically fear not being real everytime I dissociate. It's when I remind myself when I dissociate, that it gets scary (or even just in general)
