Okay, heres the thing you want:
1. Work hard. Oh, and dont let others in the way!
2. Practice. This is very important if you want to look and get better.
3. Focus. Or, maybe even hyper focus.
You dont need to practice or work ALL DAY, but I'd say do it daily.
But DO NOT STRAIN YOUR WRIST[S]!!!
Then it'll probably get cramps a lot, and it definitely doesn't feel great.
Oh, and stretch your wrist[s] every once in a while.
