Grovyle The Time Gear Thief by MentalMinty
Another Mystery Dungeon drawing, this time of my favourite character, Grovyle. I personally think his characterisation is on point and is really inspirational, especially during his sky exclusive special episode. I used one of the title screen illustrations heavily as a reference and blended it with my own style to create this. I wanted it to be similar yet different from the original at the same time, which I hope I achieved.

This has been in the works for a while (since before I had my own copy and was using my sister's switch). I'm glad it's been a slow process though as I'd like to think I've improved a little by now ^_^

This is amazing, just like all of your other drawings!!! I really like the background. It looks like a forest that would be haunted with Ghost Types. I also like the look of the Grovyle. You added a lot of detail and put huge amounts of work towards drawings like these. I'm always so jealous and impressed!

GROVYLE!!! TuT Was this the wip that you mentioned you were working on? It looks amazing! Grovyle and the time gear look so vibrant compared to the more mellow background. Puts a lot more focus on them.
Grovyle is a really amazing character! To sacrifice everything for something better, not for himself or those he loves but to others he doesn't even know TuT

it's my favorite mystery game too :D and this looks awesome! :) the shading and lightning is perfect :) the background.. wow! all of the pic is perfect :)
