Tammy was always my favorite of the first few characters Cat brought to Colors and they're still probably in my top 5 so I wanted to try and draw him. <3
I'm not super happy with all of it but I tried as much as I could to make it as close as possible because I'm dumb! I at the very least think her dress overall looks lovely so, I hope it suffices!
