theres gonna be a new girl in my grade (8th) and i want to be her friend really bad bc everyone is like 'oh yea shed really nice!' and i want to have a best friend thats lives in town and one i can hangout with- i just want more friends but im shy and im scared ill mess it up or she'll hate me.. i just need some tips on making friends...

just say hi and be yourself! ask her intrests and get to know her better, anything i've learned is that people love talking about themselves lol, so just ask her questions and she might ask you or if you and her have the same hobbies then you can bond over that. if it doesnt go well then dont worry! there are more fish in the sea and you can try again :3
