A part of me really related to Lapis Lazuli in Steven Universe. I may be a generally positive person these days but it was a journey to get here and i still maintain my mental health. Her story arc is one of learning to manage her trauma and allow herself to become vulnerable. Without vulnerability we cannot conect to others. Letting others in can be hard but it really does help. You can escape isolation
