So something really embarrassing happened to me earlier and it's made me more shy/ anxious/ increasing my anxiety.
So the teacher didnt give me a worksheet and I put my hand up and said without thinking
'I need a sheet.'
Then like the 60 ppl in the room started laughing
I never even put my hand up for anything so even just doing this was quite hard for me
And now my confidence has literally been destroyed now
And my bullys were in the room
i almost started crying and wanted to commit

and then my bf just said to me

'id probably laugh too'
