flipnote is a game on the switch where you can animate, but it is off the eshop but there is a way to have it. go to my.nintendo.com and go to redeem points, there is game themed items but go to the 3ds option and scroll down and pick flipnote 3d. if you have no points you have an option to get points on the website

ive heard of it and i did some research, but i heard its not there anymore
