You can move the layers around if you're using a 3DS. I imagine the same thing can be done on the Switch.
But it also looks beautiful just as it is now. Puts more of a focus on those gorgeous eyes.

@Mewsea oh ik how to move layers around i colored the background in and then drew on the same layer so i Couldn't color it without ruining the linework
