Mikan had tried to do what she could to help, despite everyone being stuck on an island and forced to kill each other. With everything happening and the insults that keep being thrown at her by Hiyoko, it wasn't looking good. Finally, she sees her opportunity to be useful, caring for Fuyuhiko and three others who get inflicted with the "Despair Disease" but enough time with Hiyoko and the Despair Disease makes everything worse, she begins to see her true self... and finally snaps! One-shot.
