@haloquest09 So I have emailed Colors Live and they responded today.
They gave me a link to try and when I did it was the Colors Live website where you can get to your gallery etc.
Which I thought was odd but I tried to make a joint account for us again but it still said "That you can't sign up at this time".
I emailed them again to tell them what happened and I am now waiting their response.
Just FYI it is my Mum's Birthday on the 7/7 so I will be away from my Switch and my laptop.
