there's so many factors that lead to follower growth
color choice, art style, interaction with others, personality, time you post, frequency of posting, humour, whetheror not you respond to comments, whether bigger artists follow you, LUCK and so much other things.
your art isn't bad lol they've just hit the targets in a lot of areas
