#wc470 "blue only" When Carroll sleep on her bed, closing her eyes, she feels the blue sea. Thanks @Mewsea for advice, I am redoing this art to meet the wc criteria.

Looks better, but I'd like to see you taking the time to understand values. :) For instance: The seagulls should be a much lighter shade of blue than everything else, since they're white when regularly coloring them. You seemed to understand this better when doing the "all red" weekly challenge. Take some time to reflect on why that is.
Or don't. It's entirely up to you. I'll always support you regardless. :)
