Gray, you almost had it! Everything's blue...except the skin and the hair. And the feet of the seagulls.
Think values. Think of black and white, then convert that to one color, if that helps. What colors are darker than others, and which shades are lighter? You get what I'm saying?
... Oh well. In the end, it doesn't matter as long as you're happy with your art! And I'll be rooting for you regardless!
