trans people who dont want hormones/surgery does not make them any less of the gender they identify as
gender is fake so have fun with it
since its pride month, i just kinda felt like this had to be said since recently i've seen a lot of sexualization of trans people. we're just trying to exist. we are not a fetish

i hate that transgender stuff and lgbt stuff in general is treated as a trend bc it's not and it's really harmful to enforce stereotypes just bc someone has a certain view in their head so thank you<3

and yeah, unfortunately being lgbt is seen as a trend. our father is a really good person and is super supportive but i hate that every time we bring up lgbt students or lgbt kids in gemeral he has some remark about how he thinks theyre only identifying that way because it's "cool" or w/e
children would not risk death threats, acts of violence and hate, etc, for a trend. if it was the reason theyre lgbt, they would have stopped when they realize how much hate could be directed at them. all of this stigma about being lgbt is horrible and im so proud of this community for pushing through and being themselves despite all this!
