@wack- ITS ALR NO WORRIES and dude id love to give suggestions!! some bands that are in the same subgenre as soad that are super popular are slipknot, korn, kittie, mudvayne, etc. I started out with slipknot they are so good!! i branched out to thrash metal after that though so bands like early metallica, megadeth, exodus, slayer (my favorite band heh) municipal waste, etc. i say start with slipknot cuz they have a variety of styles! check out psychosocial and dead memories :)
