Kinda hard to give certain criticism since the artsyle fluctuates and I'm not sure if that's intentional or not. But some critique I would give is study some more anatomy, specifically the head and hands
The pic I like the most is the all blue with the girl in it (your contest entry) because the shading makes sense, isn't overly textured and doesn't leave the character looking flat and the hair doesn't have unnecessary lines except when it's needed. And even tho the hands on the pic look out of proportion it still manages to look good even if it was intentional or not.
Take what I said with a grain of salt tho, and good luck!
