Sadness, happiness, love, connection, fear, lust, discust? What is it suppost to feel like? What is the emotion suppost to make you think like? Are you suppost to feel emotions, or do they just temporarily change the way you think?
I don't see things through my eyes, but a bit further back.
About an inch an a half back. That to me is not a metaphor. my "real" eyes feel almost physically inside my skull, floating there and sinking. Obscured by my real eyes. My real eyes are dead.

Completely unrelated, but last night I had a dream where James from team rocket was playing a board game with my family and he cheated, but the board game was not a board game but a 500 piece jigsaw puzzle and he took some of the pieces to make a tower.

Later in the dream I got left behind and abandoned by my family and James, I think in the dream my family prefered James over me so they replaced me with him? lol

I honestly believe you've been forced to think and act a specific way too long and that's why it seems you're not seeing the world through your own eyes: to be accepted and/or survive you're pretending to be someone else... it's you, but like a alternate version you and whoever else mad up together...
Also think that dream MIGHT be related as your family chooses a CRIMINAL over you?! James might be goofy, but he assisted in some dark stuff in the first season of Pokemon! They had to dial Team Rocket back for later episodes.... (I don't remember this one, but somone said they tried to burn down the Celadon Gym with Ash inside to get Pikachu...THEY WERE GOING TO KILL SEVERAL PEOPLE TO GET A FAT MOUSE!!
