Hullo.
I realize that last pic I did for @Pumpkinleech wasn't very good, SO consider this a replacement.
I googled Tseng again and still nothing more than pictures of him that look EXACTLY the same so I still didn't have much to go off of for this pic lol.
I also need some more chibi practice so expect more of that.

oh my goddddddddddd this is just amazing T-T!!!!! ur so good at drawing him i just cant- theres really not many pictures of him so i feel ur pain :'] BUT THIS IS JUST AWESOME
