I think it has a slightly uncanny valley vibe about it which makes it a little...disturbing? However, the shading and texturing of the hair is some of the best I've seen :)

I think it's the clothing... It's not as detailed as the skin or hair. I'd try shading them more to give them a little more depth.
But the skin looks great! I love how textured it looks too!
