I am so happy to be hosting this contest!!!!! Animals are one of my personal favorite topics so I can not wait to see what you all enter! One of my favorite parts of painting animals is the many texture! Animals provide a wide variety of textures whether it be fur, feathers, scales ect. ! It can be a bit tricky to capture those small details and there are so many ways you can do to! I know everyone is going to do great!

Oooooo birds are a great choice @Hailsss !!!! As my name states I am a lover of a particular kind of bird, but honestly all birds are pretty great!!! :D
