no apology needed for me. :) if artistic expression through vent art helps you then you should do that. people only want to help so if vent art is how you help yourself then i for one am happy to see it. sometimes when i feel bad i just scream and make as much noise as possible until i'm tired so i am not likely to judge anyone elses emotional process.
