It seems like you are having a really tough time. I recognise these thoughts in myself. I won't claim to know what precisely you are going through but i want you to there is a strong desire from others to help even if they don't know how. Feeling like you have no grasp of your identity is incredibly taxing. We are both who we are and who we aspire to be. When the pressure of aspiration gets high we might fall into hating what we are in this moment. You deserve to love yourself. You are enough.
