And of course this will be controversial for some, but the placement of the paper is proper! The over and out arrangement keeps the paper from running down the wall, And it is easier to grab hold of as it sits on top, and within eay view (unless you are somehow looking up on the bottom of the toilet paper, in which case, you might need to reconsider what brought you to the point of reclining on bathroom floors).
Many couples report friction over differing views of what direction the toilet paper should deploy. I am thankful that upon this important point we have agreement in our household!
