I like the following of form with the your brushstrokes.. I haven't seen Manhunter. But it looks like Christopher Lambert from 'Subway' even though I know it's not from 'Subway'. Great Study!
Cheers, folks. @Inque: Manhunter it is. @Childerhouse: I usually put pink dots in my plein-air work to indicate where I stopped painting on location. The pink dot here is just part of the scene. @AndreRBN: I assume by "sight" you mean from life? Most of my landscape were at least started from life (see pink dot reference).

Hey Munin, what movie is this from? This is a great painting. :) From the hair color I'd say Jake Busey. But, he doesn't look like him.

it's from manhunter i think. what i want to know is why Munin puts that pink dot in his pictures. is it a colour balance thing?
