had a small 'incident' in my apartment yesterday, and I'm trying to make light of the situation.
(my oven glove burned up while I was in the bedroom, leaving my entire apartment up in smoke. I'm fine, nothing else caught fire luckily)

One time I accidentally put an oven glove on the stove and only noticed it because I suddenly smelled smoke...

@Teallicht same thing happened to me! I just noticed the smell way too late because I had my bedroom door closed, and couldn't smell well because I was sick. I usually spend every day in my living room, just this once I happened to be in the bedroom x.x
