Since Neo's accident, Ross has distanced himself from her and created a new identity for her to keep her safe.
He decided to send Eric to inform him about Neo and protect her. But when an operation went wrong, it was Neo who saved Eric's life before he could do anything.
Eric is neither strong nor brave, his only function was to warn Ross about her activity and warn of the dangers that could lurk for Neo after her return.
And now Ross wants to take him down because his daughter is once again unconscious in the hospital. Yes, Ross is Neo's adoptive father.
Now he's mad at Eric and just wants to slap him lol.
