I hope I'm not late. x'D
As soon as I saw the theme for this week's challenge, I immediately thought of my Mascat Yu because I actually chose a specific kanji to write his name with. It means "assist," because he was created to help me convey emotions in my drawings alongside my usually stoic persona. That's why his emotions and his expressions are usually very extreme: He essentially represents the emotions and feelings that I would normally not show.
He has since grown beyond his initial purpose and is now his own person-cat, and I love him so much~ My little Yu-yu~! (>w<)
