their an undertale undercover villanhis who is also teaming with flowey to kill u. they arrive at the start of the game with flowey BUT they dont reveal their villainous plan till the end when u defeated the final form of flowey. they use the metal hand things to jump higher (for the illousion of flying), to grap things and to confuse the player.
