風雲志士 (fuun shishi), according to TaikoTime blog, has no deep, hidden meaning behind its title, when translated it just means 'Patriots of the wind and clouds'."
As a Namco Original Song of the Butou series of songs, I like it. I wish I tried something with Hyakka Ryouran which is my fave.
