I do plan on having a shrugging emoji, but I feel this is perhaps too insensitive? Meme related? I don't know, but I am going to make it into a sticker. Partially so as to not take up yet another static emoji slot, but also why not? I love the way this turned out; this was another piece I spent a great deal of time on. I feel like I'm really coming along as far as making the black parts distinguished from one another.
