So I wanted to practice the basic positioning of facial features in this lineless pixel style without reference in the hopes i can internalise the proportions. Other than that i was improvising eg the abstract background. I felt good about capturing this black haircut as I'm not very familiar with drawing this hair type. love the way you explain your thought process, very smart, i think you need to work on smalls details, the proportions are overall pretty good

exemple of small details, the jaw line, the angle and the size of the eyes, mouth or nose, all the lines what their purpose, are they necessary? how do you express the light

also you can make a copy of this art, try to improved the copy, you already did the hard work, have fun of the piece

@loidforger I really appreciate the feedback. I dont really know what I'm doing with light yet so ill be sure to put some focus onto it in my next piece. I'm very much here to learn. :)
