@-Vero- other than the missing bowtie, this is spot on! (You already know about the bowtie though xD) Anyways, Bill doesn't have a true 'human' form. I mean, he possesses some people, and causes chaos as 'Bipper', but his human form is honestly just how the artist sees him as a human, you know? :)
