I don't know any thing about the show, but this looks great! The black and white works well here.
And I only know of one episode where Bob Roas drew a person, the campfire painting, and while Bob Ross is great for landscapes, he struggled quite a bit with the person!

Well thanks! You should try the no sketch reference method, it's a very efficient way to do portraits I've done both and personaly like this way better however I have seen artist far better than myself use the sketch references, like you for instance Also it's cool to see you back on colors I have admired your gallery for some time now just never followed you because I thought you were long gone.

No I'm not gone, just stopped drawing for some time. You must really have a good eye for getting proportions and distances right like that! I tried a few times but the results were horrible ^_^ It's really fascinating, looks like sculpting with a brush. I want to learn it!!!
