#rdcontest is mostly about a realistic style, painting realistic proportions and lightning. it is difficult, but you made it fun with your style :)

do you think about how to get more realism?
or are you just having fun with your style, I could admit is more fun,
practising realism is some intense study into shapes anatomy and proportions ...
the more you paint the more you will be curious to that study.

I love making abstract art, BUT I really do want to get better at drawing realistically as well. I'm not 100% sure how yet to "adapt" (between those two), but I would love to get better at drawing realistic stuff. That is the main reason why I like these prompts/contests.
