Cotton is a witch who lives in the Witches Tree colony. She is from Petal Burg but moved to witches tree to help out the growing colony. She spends her days helping the local animals. Candy- her pet likes to catch fireflys and eat them... she says this helps her fly but this is not confirmed. when not helping animals and poking around the duo use potions for their garden. enjoy!!!
