Yeah! Push the L button, click on the third icon (the one that says 3D on it), and it'll take you to layer options. In there, click and drag on the rectangle/layer that you want to move. If you drag the rectangle straight down, you'll delete that layer (trash can icon). If you drag it diagonally, you can merge it with another layer (the icon with two rectangles and an arrow)! I hope it helps!
